Picking a dentist in the network dental insurance plan

I am getting dental insurance though my job but I have to pick a dentist in the plan network. How do I know which once would be the best for me to choose. Tips on choosing a dental office is needed.

Call the dentist in the network and ask them any questions that is important to you. Business hours, how far booked up are they. That they do the dental services you are looking for.
Remember if you do like them you can normally change your provider to another plan dentist.

If you can afford the time do some research on line to see if that dental office has people complaining about them. Do a drive by of the place and see if you like how it looks. You can even just stop by and ask to talk to the dentist all of which may help you in picking a dentist.
